You should be able to read the capacitance and voltage from the lable of the old one, and find a "Motor Run" capacitor of the came capacitance and voltage.

Higher voltage would be OK. Diodes can be checked using an Ohm meter with a resistance scale marked with the diode symbol. Be sure you do not connect one backwards if you remove them for testing.
