That thing is the group of horrible sprites in Sonic the Hedgehog Game Gear version. The goal is to replicate the Sonic the Hedgehog's Master System version sprites in this horrible port. I know that one of the biggest sprite in this game is the "breathing" sprite, so I have even a bigger problem, xD. Well, I'll respect the original sprite style.
